The UK’s leading provider for education and treatment relating to mental health and addiction for sports people is seeking additional trustees for its board.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape governance and policy for a dynamic organisation which was founded 20 years ago by Tony Adams, the former Arsenal and England captain, and enjoys an esteemed reputation in the professional sporting world, both among participants and governing bodies.
We would be especially keen to hear from applicants with:

professional knowledge of the elite sports arena, and/or
clinical expertise of mental health and emotional well-being, and/or
experience of the charity sector

Although such experience and knowledge is desirable, we are open to applications from candidates of any background, who have a desire to help others and who believe they can make a difference.

The board meets quarterly to oversee the administration, finance and strategy of the charity and works closely with its full-time executive.

Trustees do not receive remuneration.

Applications, to include a covering letter and a CV, should be sent to gball@sportingchanceclinic.com by Friday January 15th 2021.
